What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique, and holistic therapy focused on balancing the natural energy that resides in each of us. This energy impacts us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. If your energy is low or blocked, it contributes to sickness and stress. If your energy is high and free flowing, you are more likely to feel healthy and emotionally grounded. The purpose of Reiki is to help us rebalance to a more natural state of peace and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for conventional medical or psychological treatment, but rather a complimentary and supporting practice to promote and accelerate the healing process.
Reiki can help you feel deeply relaxed and support you if;

What can you expect?
The session starts with a coaching discussion in order to gain clarity on where you may need support and what we need to focus on. You will be fully clothed and lay on a massage table for the entire treatment. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing. Through simple touch, the treatment process will enable rest and recovery.
The experience during a reiki treatment will vary with some experiencing an emotional release during or after the treatment. Keep in mind that you may require multiple treatments and a commitment to self improvement in order to feel the full benefits of Reiki.
